By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are able to enter into a purchase transaction under applicable law and that the information you provide is accurate.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, materials, sizing information, photographs, pricing, and availability accurately.

Actual colors may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, and normal manufacturing differences.

Sizing, fit, materials, care instructions, and available product options will be shown on the applicable product page.

Products are available while supplies last.

• Placing an item in the cart does not reserve it.
• An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and Wild 'n Santa sends an order confirmation.
• Product and size availability may change without notice.
• Wild 'n Santa may limit quantities, discontinue products or sizes, reject fraudulent or suspicious transactions, cancel orders when inventory is unavailable, correct obvious pricing, description, availability, or technical errors, and refund canceled paid orders to the original payment method.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Current product pricing, taxes, discounts, and optional shipping fees are shown on the product page or during checkout.

Prices may change before an order is completed. Payment is processed by Stripe or another provider displayed at checkout. The customer represents that they are authorized to use the submitted payment method.

Customers are responsible for accurate billing, shipping, email, and phone information. Customers should contact support promptly when an error is discovered.

Wild 'n Santa cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after processing or shipment begins.

An order confirmation confirms receipt of the order but does not prevent cancellation for payment failure, fraud concerns, unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing, technical error, or shipping restrictions.

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Overnight shipping may be available for an additional ZIP-code-based fee.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Weather, carriers, holidays, incorrect addresses, payment review, inventory issues, and events outside Wild 'n Santa's reasonable control may create delays.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact support@wildnsanta.com. Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Stripe advises that refunds generally take 5–10 business days to appear in the customer’s account after being issued.

Customers should follow the care instructions provided on the product page and Care Instructions page.

Wild 'n Santa is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow care instructions, improper washing or drying, alterations, misuse, ordinary wear, or improper handling after delivery.

The Wild 'n Santa name, logos, artwork, photographs, product designs, written content, website design, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to Wild 'n Santa.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation, or derivative use is prohibited.

Customers may not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, unauthorized system access, malicious software, interference with website operation, unauthorized scraping or copying, use of false customer information, unauthorized payment methods, or abuse of returns, refunds, chargebacks, or promotions.

The website is provided on an "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms attempts to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wild 'n Santa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

For a claim relating to an order or product, Wild 'n Santa's total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires a different remedy. Wild 'n Santa does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

You agree to indemnify Wild 'n Santa from losses caused by unlawful website use, fraud, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or unauthorized use of Wild 'n Santa content.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Wild 'n Santa operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction in that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Wild 'n Santa's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms may be updated as the website, products, service providers, or business practices change. The effective date will be updated when appropriate.
